1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chroma Stack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chroma Stack is a mobile puzzle game where players sort colored balls into tubes. The App includes:

• Free gameplay with 200+ levels
• Optional in-app purchases for coins, power-ups, and premium features
• iCloud backup for saving progress and purchases

3. User Eligibility

Chroma Stack is available to users of all ages. The App does not contain content unsuitable for children and does not collect personal information from users of any age.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional one-time in-app purchases including:

• Coin packs for purchasing power-ups
• Themes and customization options

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. One-time purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscription - Premium Pass

Chroma Stack offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Premium Pass.

Subscription Details:

• Title: Premium Pass
• Duration: 1 month (monthly subscription)
• Price: $2.99 USD per month (price may vary by region)

Premium Pass Benefits:

• Remove all ads
• Unlimited undos (no coins needed)
• 2x coin earnings
• Daily 50 coin bonus

Auto-Renewal Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium Pass features until your current subscription period ends. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.

6. iCloud Backup

The App uses iCloud to backup your game progress and purchase history. By using the App, you consent to this data being stored in your iCloud account. You can disable iCloud backup for the App in your device settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Chroma Stack, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, sounds, and text, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to hack, exploit, or cheat within the App
• Use automated systems or bots to play the game
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
