Information We Do Not Collect
We want to be clear: Chroma Stack does not collect any personal information. We do not collect:

- Location data
- Device identifiers or tracking data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data

iCloud Backup
Chroma Stack uses Apple's iCloud service to save your game progress and in-app purchases. This data is:
- Stored securely in your personal iCloud account
- Controlled entirely by you through your Apple ID settings
- Not accessible to us or any third parties
- Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and iCloud Terms of Service
The data saved to iCloud includes your level progress, star ratings, earned coins, and purchase history. This allows you to restore your progress if you reinstall the app or switch to a new device.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Chroma Stack offers optional in-app purchases and an auto-renewable subscription called Premium Pass. All transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.
Subscription information we do NOT collect:
- Payment method details
- Billing address or financial information
- Apple ID credentials
Data stored locally and in iCloud:
- Your subscription status (active/inactive)
- Purchase receipts for restoration purposes
- Subscription expiration date
This information is stored in your personal iCloud account and on your device to enable features and restore purchases. Apple may collect and process payment information according to their Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Chroma Stack does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud for data backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy practices.
Children's Privacy
Chroma Stack is safe for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, there are no special concerns regarding children's privacy. The app complies with applicable children's privacy regulations.
